Your purchase order should contain:
• Your purchase order reference number and
signed by the officer authorizing to purchase.
• Your company billing and shipping addresses.
• Your phone number, fax number and e-mail
address for order confirmation and invoicing.
• The quantity, name Of Publication and ISBN number of each title.
• Your Tax ID number, if you are tax exempt.
We also accept Government, Military and Company credit card orders.
To process orders, please follow the instructions as under:
• Please e-mail or fax the list of your required publications with quantity, name, ISBNs and complete billing address where your credit card statements are mailed. Also include shipping address where you want us to ship your orders.
• On receipt of your e-mail or fax, our representative will call you to get credit card information.
• Your order will be processed on same day. Order confirmation will be sent to you after processing order with a copy of paid invoice for your record.
• Please provide your organization’s Tax Exempt ID number, if you are tax exempt.
